This webinar will discuss the Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL) and ARES® (Amateur Radio Emergency Service) and how these volunteers can assist emergency managers before, during and after disasters. Who should attend? Whole community with a particular emphasis on Local, State, and Federal Emergency Managers, CERT Program Leaders, Health Departments, and NGO’s.
