It is a new year, and we have a new Congressional Session in Washington DC. With the opening of the new session, Bills that were not enacted in the previous session must be refiled. The ARRL Legislative Committee and Lobbyists are lining up sponsors in the House and Senate to file H.R. 4006 / S. 3690. The form letter for a club to use and a form letter for an individual to use are attached. Club letters are an important way to let the Representative and Senators know there is organizational support for the bill; and, individual letters let them know there is significant support by individual constituents.
The same form letter, club and individual, can — and should be used — for both your US Representative and US Senators. The addresses for the Congressman/Congresswoman representing counties in the West Texas Section are:
