The time is rapidly approaching for our weekly Zoom meeting. This week our ARES portion of the Zoom meeting will discuss communicating in Local areas. You may have just a HT, but how do you maximize its utility?
I have enclosed three documents to this Zoom meeting announcement. Two of these documents are the most recent filings for consideration by Congress. HR 3241 is for the symbol rate restriction removal. The second one HR4006 is what has been known in the past as the Antenna Bill. The third document is a resolution by Congress designating April 18, 2024, as ‘‘National Amateur Radio Operators Day’’. I encourage you all to review these bills and let’s discuss them during our Zoom meeting.
